Trinoxia, founded in the beginning of 2010 by Andrea Gatti, who has been active in the industry of production and marketing of steel and iron products for 30 years.

In 1986, he graduated with honours from the Faculty of Economics in Genova. In 1987, he joined the family company, Commerciale Acciai. At that time, Commerciale Acciai already represented the Outokumpu Group in Italy, with its consistent stainless steel cutting and finishing capabilities and distribution activities.
After the integration of Commerciale Acciai into the Finnish group, in 2002, Andrea Gatti took over the responsibility of the Italian Sales Company until 2004. From 2005 to 2009 he worked as Executive Vice President at the head of the sales organization of the Outokumpu Group, comprising approx. 30 sales companies all over the world.
Before ending his co-operation with Outokumpu, in 2009, Andrea Gatti acted as Corporate Vice President - Merger & Acquisition.
In the first months of 2010, he founded Trinoxia.
At the beginning of 2013, through the controlled Tubinoxia, he acquired the majority of OSTP, major European producer of tubular stainless steel products.
